Service delivered: Managing the IT part of new store openings in North America for a leading fashion retailer, who are pursuing an aggressive store network expansion strategy. Each store opening was a project in itself and had to be coordinated with all other teams managing construction, fitting, furniture, merchandising, commercial, and so on. Seventy-nine stores were opened during a period og six months.
